Do not use the support group in lieu of professional advice given by qualified medical or mental health professionals and do not disregard professional medical or mental health advice or delay seeking professional advice because of information from the support group. If you have or suspect that you have a medical or mental health issue, contact your own health care provider promptly. If you know or suspect that you may be pregnant, have an eating disorder, or have any other physical, psychological, emotional or medical or mental health condition, it is imperative that you seek the advice of your doctor or other health care provider prior to using the support group. We are not providing health care, medical or nutrition therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure in any manner whatsoever any physical ailment, or any mental or emotional issue, disease or condition. We are not giving medical, psychological, or religious advice whatsoever. In the event of a dispute between the Client and the Coach, both Parties agree that neither will engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, designed to disparage the other.
We strive to provide the tools and guidance that will lead the Client in a clear professional direction; however nothing in this Agreement or in our statements to you should be construed as any promise or guarantee regarding the coaching services rendered. Past performance, success of other Clients, or examples are not indicative of your future results. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.
Please review these terms of Agreement carefully. If you have any questions with respect to any matter mentioned in the notice, please feel free to contact Gretta at firstname.lastname@example.org.
